Directions
Instructions
Place tube in a cup of hot tap water for one minute. Twist off tip to open. For longer hair, apply full contents of the tube. For shorter hair, apply half of contents of the tube. Massage through hair and scalp, cover with warm, damp towel or plastic cap for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Towel dry and style as desired. Good for 3 months once opened.

Picture shows an 8oz bottle but I got a box w/3 tubes of cholesterol. In all fairness that is the description. This was my fault. Walmart please correlate picture and description. This has happened to me before with Paul Mitchell conditioner. This products is fine just not the right amount.
