Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working supplies (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking: slice completely thawed sausage 1/2 inch thick to form patties. Place patties in a cold skillet and bring cooking temperature to 375 F. cook for approximately 4 minutes each side or until center is no longer pink and has internal temperature of 170 F. keep refrigerated. Previously handled, frozen for your protection.
