I'm hooked on these
I buy these in bulk and have been take these to work. They cook up perfect with hot water from the electric kettle and make a great base for a quick dinner or lunch at home - just add steamed veggies and herbs! After adding hot water, a splash of almond milk and 30 seconds in the microwave make the grits extra creamy.

You can do anything with this food. I put a healthy dose of fresh butter in it and let it melt. The omega's make this a great meal. It will heat up your body for sure. You can put anything in this, too. I mean...ANYTHING! Give it a try. I love my cinnamon and Mexican chocolate scraped into this. So good!

We love grits!
If you live in the south or grew up here you know about grits! They have been around forever!!. We love them for breakfast or if we are having breakfast for dinner. Instant grits are great. AS good as the long cooking ones just a lot faster. And in the morning, who can't use a few extra minutes
