Instructions

High altitude directions:1. Increase flour to 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons.2. Decrease baking soda to 3/4 teaspoon.3. Decrease sugar to 1-2/3 cups.4. Add 2 teaspoons water with flour mixture.5. Bake at 350 degrees F, 7 to 8 minutes. Yield increases to about 6 dozen.Melting directions: microwave: place 1-2/3 cups (10-oz pkg) chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. Top of stove: place chips in small heavy saucepan over lowest possible heat. Stir constantly just until chips are melted.

My toddlers like to eat these as a snack. We also eat them with Nutella and apple slices. That's the best snack ever. Perfect for baking. Something uses. I'm always craving peanut butter and these are just perfect. I just add them to almost anything I want. My son likes a month his pancakes feel like I'm in our cookies. And you can also melt them with Nutella on a wrap. It's delicious.
