Total cereal is delicious %26 has more nutrition than most cereal. At Walmart, it cost dollars less than at grocery stores. I like to top it with Quaker Oats Simply Granola.

This cereal is fortified iron cereal fiber lots of nutrients and vitamins great for anemia recommend eating as soon as served it will be soggy if left in bowl when you serve kids taste is like raisin brand flakes

Vitamins in every bite

I eat Total cereal almost everyday when I am at home. My doctor noticed the overall vitamin boost it gave to me. I sometimes add blueberries, banana or raisins to my Total cereal to change up the taste. I enjoy it plain too. Total Raisin Bran used to be my favorite, but that is not as readily available. Total makes breakfast easy and quick for my busy mornings.
