I have ordered this 3 times and all 3 shipments have been damaged. The boxes have been handled in such a way that the product packaging come apart and some packages are damaged. The shipping boxes are always damaged. I have not returned but have had to discard some individual packages.

Don't let them deliver to your home on a hot 95 degree day. I was not at home. Fed-X left them in my from porch. All were melted. Most of the topping has ran off and stuck to rapper. When cooled to room temperature was able to open without getting topping all over my fingers
