Don't fight it, just use it

I watched on YouTube that this was the best tasting pancake mix so I had to try it out myself. I have four Home recipes for pancakes. I think they're pretty darn good, as good as any restaurant I've been to and better than many. With my four kids ranging from age 32 all the way to 20, a female and male friend of mine, and the male friend's mom, I made five different kinds of pancakes and had them all do a blind taste test, they took a taste without any syrup and then a taste with syrup. Seven people tasted it… remember, this is blind test, the results: FOUR people picked the mix in first place, TWO people picked it second place, and ONE picked it third . I personally picked it third… this meant that the pancake mix came in first place overall.. I'm not gonna fight it, why fix a pancake recipe that takes a lot more effort when I could just use this mix when everyone liked it and the majority put it in first place

If the package tells you to just add water, go ahead and add the usual ingredients such as eggs, oil, water, even a few shakes of cinnamon or melted butter. If you like crispy edges, just pour a little oil in the bottom of your pan. It makes for the best pancakes.

The best pancake mix

I prefer the Hungry Jack pancake mix over other brands, I like that it can get to the color golden brown to McDonald's pancakes or a little bit browner. I also wish chocolate chip or a cocoa powder pancake was made by this brand but there is nothing Hershey's milk chocolate chips can't fix!
