always great

The tea has always been a favorite and still is. But, I want to talk about Walmart. First time using their site.... very easy to use, great price, very low shipping, cost less than I would pay at a local store, even after paying for shipping, and very very fast delivery.

My current favorite tea.

This lemon ginseng green tea is my current favorite. I'm a tea fanatic and have tried many teas (not just the boxed American ones), so that's saying something. The best thing I like about this tea is that it isn't actually flavored with lemon, but lemongrass (which is used in Asian cooking, etc.) and that is why it doesn't have an overpowering lemon taste. I don't drink caffeine, and ginseng is a great way to give you healthy energy instead (green tea has minimal caffeine). This tea (like all green teas) is to be steeped for 3 minutes maximum, or it will become bitter. Usually, with green teas you can get a maximum of 3 steeps from the same leaves, but with this tea I dont recommend you go beyond using a teabag 2 times. It isn't too strong, so anything beyond 2 steeps you'll just get a slightly bitter, very watery, flavorless drink. Anyway, 1st brew us the strongest and most flavorful, 2nd brew is the smoothest with flower like taste (my favorite brew). I drink this almost daily, 1st brew with breakfast, 2nd brew just before lunch. This gets my day going giving me the energy that I need (and settles my stomach), which is why I'm often saying, "Tea is life."
