I was happy to find this shelf stable Parmesan cheese. It tastes wonderful and keeps well in the fridge. Really appreciate that it's not as loaded with sodium as other similar products. You can soak the label off when finished with cheese and re-purpose the jar to make cold brew coffee, tea, or infused waters!

no cellulose or antibiotics

love this parmesan cheese. it has no cellulose (wood pulp🤮) or antibiotics which is used in cheese to help with mold. although the antibiotic is FDA approved, i personally dont trust it. There is so much junk in the foods we eat everyday, you really need to look at ALL ingredients.

Wonderful flavor and Texture! A must in our House

Normally, my family only uses freshly grated parm... we won't buy pre-shredded because of the cellulose they add to keep it from sticking together. My hands can't take a lot of shredding... it hurts. I saw this didn't have that nasty cardboard added to it and I was very hopeful! We were thrilled that this is actually really, really a great product! The flavor is excellent, it does not have that gross texture that makes you wonder what the world is on the shreds... and it melts really nicely! I'm so very happy that I decided to try this parm! And I really do recommend it to friends and family.
