Awesome game for an rpg (and/or Star Trek) fan

While I played a little of Second Story on the original playstation, this game is my first real introduction to the Star Ocean series. This game came out for the snes in Japan, but never made it to our shores, unil this psp remastering, which takes advantage of the contributions and advancements of games furthur along in the series. Unlike most classic rpgs, this game is set in a science fiction universe with heavy Star Trek influence (it's obvious that the game's creators had just watched the first few seasons of TOS), as well as nods to many other works of classic sf; such as Star Wars and Assimov. If you are a fan of old school rpgs or the Original Star Trek seroes, you owe it to yourself to play this game. (and you should take advantage of it while you can, I'm picking up some of the psp titles that slipped through the cracks the first time around, before they're overtaken by the Vita's quickly growing library)

Good Game. Incredible Price.

It's hard to beat a game that's $9, especially one that is so enthralling. I've already gotten over 30 hours on it and I think it would be a blast for any classed jrpg fan or people that enjoyed rpgs on the SNES.

Ranks with Final Fantasy

It has a great storyline, great depth, and it really pulls the playing into the story. Great price and a really fun game to play.
