This is the very best packaged cheese to use for sandwiches (especially grilled cheese). It melts nicely and has a very nice flavor. The best thing about this cheese is that it is not individually wrapped pieces and the cheese does not feel rubbery or fake. Easy to use and my go-to every time! Tip: once opened, I store the package in a ziplock bag in the fridge, which keeps it from drying out.

Whether it's 2% or regular, I must have this cheese in my fridge at all times. I've been enjoying it for decades and so have zillions of other people...which is why it's still being made! It's great in a burger, on a slice of toast, on little English muffin pizzas, as a grilled cheese sandwich, etc. Not gourmet? Don't care!
