Tasty recipe in review! 🤩

Martha White blueberry muffin mix is super handy and affordable! We use it to make protein muffins and it can even be used to make pancakes but what I mainly use it for is a recipe I got from a gentleman on YouTube. I call them breakfast muffins (shared a pic of the ones that were left). He just said it was his substitute for the overpriced box of pancakes and sausage on a stick (the blueberry ones). Three ingredient recipe and they taste just like the ones on a stick but better! 🤤😍 One pound of breakfast sausage, one package of cream cheese softened (room temp), and two packages of the MW blueberry muffin mix. Make sure to wear gloves (like the latex ones or something like that) for this next part cause it's gonna get messy lol and it's easier to clean up. Put everything in a mixing bowl use your hands to mix it all really good till it's completely combined. It'll stick to your gloves at first but don't worry keep squishing everything it'll stop sticking to the gloves when it gets mixed (it'll form into a ball). I take a spatula and scrape the bowl. It makes 18-24 muffins. Roll 1-2 inch balls of the mix in your hands (like u would meatballs) and place each one in muffin tins (no need to spray the sausage keeps them from sticking). Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until they're nicely browned on top. Serve with your favorite syrup. They're so tasty and kid-approved! 👨‍👩‍👧👍 *Warning* They're addictive lol! Thought I'd share this recipe for other parents out there or for anyone who enjoys the pancakes and sausage on a stick. I hope whoever sees this recipe enjoys it as much as we do and you're welcome! 🥰 Highly recommend! 💯

I started buying Martha White muffin mix after purchasing ready made muffins. I have a mini muffin tin which makes about 2 dozen minis. I'm very pleased with the taste. Sometimes I add extra blueberries or chocolate chips if I'm making the chocolate ones. Two thumbs up!

Better Than Bakery and I'm Not Kidding

I eat these muffins probably minimum 3 to 4 times a week and make more when going somewhere with a friend for a quick breakfast snack or appt., ( and reminded if I forget to long). Ok just add milk, (pics show what I use) and stir as directed, then a hand full of blueberries folded lightly into the mix. I use frozen if they're not in season, just rinse slightly and pat dry, you don't want extra water, etc in the mix. This also adds a few more muffins. I also put my mix in the fridge for about 10 minutes for extra rise and flavor. Try it seriously I didn't believe it until I saw it on a show and tried it. Excuse the pics Im not a photographer or baker for that matter lol Have a great day. Oh and talk about inexpensive and don't forget the butter, (only Land O Lakes for me) It also works great with Blueberry Cheesecake Mix
