best value - 3 oz will do hair well below shoulder- that means you can get 10 uses out of the product. The first time I bought the 4oz package for about $30 dollars. 4oz wets the hair too much because you have to blow dry it out after completely. Hair came soft and I could brush through it. Before I could not - I still have some waves in my hair - but I liked the results. I will continue the put the product in my hair since I can use it 9 more times. Look at the video before you do it - it does take a long time to complete. Do it in a well vented area. You should have someone else do it for you it makes it easier.
