I have bone-on-bone knee pain and osteoarthritis. I can’t take aspirin because of other issues, but my orthopedic surgeon recommended two-extra strength acetaminophen every eight hour, every day. His nurse recommended the Excedrin Tension Headache Relief because they contain caffeine. Best I’ve found. I recommend this to anybody with chronic pain.

These work great
I have had headache issues for years and I have been to many Doctors to make sure it isn't anything serious but to be diagnosed as cluster headaches usually brought on by different foods that trigger them. Im sharing this because it might help someone else. I made a headache diary many years ago and I found out that bologna the cheap kind contributes to my headaches as well as yellow cheeses. Aspartame is another trigger. I don't get headaches very often now because I'm more careful but I still keep them on hand. They are the best to have and for me, and others that I know have taken it, the fastest way to stop a headache. I have to take the aspirin free tension headache kind and if you have headaches I highly recommend you try them. Please see your physician before you take them as I never tell anyone to take them without being seen as headaches can mean something more serious. These work for me and are reliable.
