I recomend this product
This product does work. It is absolutely right where it says tasteless and does not thicken. I have mixed it with coffee, milk, and soft drinks. But it does not recomend mixing with soft drinks. I have been using it for 2 days now. I have tried other fiber medicines, but they all seem to make me feel bloated and this product has not done that. Its a bit expensive, but I would rather pay for something that actually works.

Dextrin causes lower GI discomfort
Normally I use pysslium husk - which is fine for what it is for. This may be a grit-free power but leaves on in constant GI distress. I will go back to psyllium husk fiber.
