Nice Lines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design for the look and ease of cleaning. However, my husband struggle with the installation. He had to buy a new gasket because our Corian was too thin for the one that was included. It did get installed and I am happy with the faucet.

Modern classic faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to update my game room faucets.Since it's right before the holidays and I'm expecting are large family gathering I thought I'd replace it quickly.I went out to a local big box store and gaze through the assortment. After looking at all the faucets I chose a well known brand that actually is functional and It looks well. The American Standard Belmeade seem to suit my need. With this high neck, raised handles and deep spout this style made for ease of washing your hands or rinsing out a towel. The quality of chrome reflects really well with its squared off edges on the spout and handles. It's also comes with the sink drain pop-up valve for those that use one. Installing this faucet was done within an hour . I had already measured the length of supply lines needed for the job and bought them. I already had plumbers putty, some people use silicone. I always replace the supply lines when I replace a faucet makes it easier for the next job. For those that are handy when possible I always replace the shut off valves with a quarter turn valves they don't seem to corrode or disintegrate like the rubber washer valve does. I've been using the faucet for approximate week now, works excellent has great water flow and great water pressure. Got good comments from my visitors and teased about doing this near the holidays.

New features galore! And beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this new faucet. To begin with it is very attractive. Has a heavy smooth chrome coating. The operation if the handles is very smooth. One of the new "to me" features is the fact that the handles can be removed for maintenance or cleaning with no tools. Simply pull up firmly and they come off the shaft. After you have cleaned or completed your work, they slide right back on. The aerator is recessed into the spout and my first thought was that a removal tool would be required to remove it for cleaning. But, American Standard thought of this. The aerator is slotted in the center and can be removed and reinstalled using a coin as a tool. Simple and it works! The furnished drain assembly is also a new type for me. No putty, caulk, sealant or tools required. Just clean the sink hole area well, install the drain assembly from the top, install rubber gasket and huge nut with your hand. Tighten snugly and you are done. The stopper is push to close-push to open. No rod to adjust. Easy to remove for cleaning also. You will need to get your water lines of the length required for your installation.
