Very high quality! 10 “ size is perfect for flour or corn tortillas. I've made corn tortillas twice sine I got it this week, and my husband loves it too! I went on a Spanish Club trip to Mexico in the late 60s and bought back a small press. With this 10” press I can make even larger corn tortillas!
