A Healthy Snack for munching & snacking

Everyone in my family love Pumpkin seeds. We enjoy them in different ways: (1) add them to salads (2) lightly roast them (spray some oil), with a bit of sea salt. When they light brown & crispy, they taste great (3) Use them to garnish Coconut Rice, Tomato Rice etc. All in all, the pumpkin seeds are very healthy. It is derived from an Organic Source, it is even more healthy. Just go for it... you will not be disappointed!
