i bought this as a christmas gift for my boyfriend. he is 6'1" ~180 lbs, i bought a large and he loves it! he has worn it out to a nice dinner, and to our friend's small new years party. he also wore it skiing. he typically runs hot, but this quart zip isn't too warm and provides the right amount of warmth. its very flattering and fits him well.
