The WorkCentre 3215 Functions Great

The WorkCentre 3215 Function Great. Unfortunately the control panel is not simple and clear to understand. It uses symbols not words on the buttons. The Manual is the length of a novel and takes a long time to find and understand the settings. Some feature options need to be more adjustable by the user. I could not stop the fax from redialing several times. I do not use all of it's capabilities. In spite of what I mentioned it does a Great job. If only the color model had a lower price I would have bought that.

Love this printer!!

I really love this printer! Set up was easy as pie, nearly plug and print! Looks great on my desk and very easy to use! Just got it so haven't had to change the ink cartridge yet. But so far so good. I would recommend this printer to anyone!! My last printer HP lasted only a bit over a year and the one before was a Canon which didn't even last a year - not that I print all that much! For work at home use, this one suits me just fine so far!!

Great printer for my small office

I was spending a fortune on printing services. I needed double sided printing and a fast speed. The little printer I was using took forever to print 50 pages. Now I print hundreds of pages - with double sides- at a fraction of the time. This printer paid for itself in one month. Good quality printing, doesn’t bleed when I highlight, and fast speed. I am delighted with this printer!
