great product

Hoses don't last forever, but to get the most life out of the hoses, these hose mender clamps really help. If the hole bursts closer to the ends of the hose, I can just cut off the end and reinstall the male or female hose mender. But if the hose bursts in the middle of the hose, this dual end camp mender works great to salvage the two long pieces of hose.

Heavy duty

This hose clamp is one solid "mender." I've always used plastic ones in the past but there is really no comparison. This one should last a lifetime and will take all the drops and dragging around you could dish out. It's big, heavy and metal, (much more "robust" than the flimsy plastic ones.)

Quality Hose Coupler

Quality metal construction with well designed clamping mechanisms that when tightened, will hold the hose in place on the barb with a superb grip. Easy to install on your hose with minimal chance of leakage. Can be reused without compromising structural integrity. TIP: Before installation make sure your hose ends are cut square and do not have any splits in them in order to provide a good, leak-proof connection. A great benefit of this hose repair device is that it eliminates the cost of purchasing a new hose. Great to have on hand in your tool box.
