6 piece rattan outdoor furniture
This set of outside furniture is well worth the money. It looks as though I spent a lot more than I did and assembly was very quick and easy - great instruction manual - it assembles in about two hours.. I want to give a huge shout out to their customer service team. When my order arrived, I was missing a box, yet my delivery was marked complete. Within an hour of Walmart notifying the seller. I had an email telling me what the problem was. My last package came within a few days . Second, one of the Rattan sections appeared to have been cut- maybe in packaging and the rattan was unraveling. I sent the customer service team an email with pictures and they apologized for the problem and after identifying the part letter they shipped me out a new piece which arrived a few days later. And finally, my instruction manual had a misprint. It showed how to assemble two left pieces and one right the section for the middle was missing. I notified the customer service team and within minutes they sent me a PDF in my email of the correct manual. Couldn't ask for anything better !
