LiTime 12V 50Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Battery Bluetooth 50A BMS for Boat Marine Trolling motor Camping

After reading reviews and watching tear-down videos of other battery manufacturers on Amazon, I decided to go with LiTime, and I'm glad I did. Many of the other manufacturers aren't even using LiFePO4 prismatic cells in their batteries--they're using cheap, lithium pouch cells inside the housing, and they won't last long. But LiTime makes good quality, genuine LiFePO4 prismatic cell batteries. I liked their app too--it's simple and straightforward, and tells you what you need to know, without all the bells and whistles and marketing of so many other products out there. Their Android app uses Bluetooth 5.0 to monitor the state of charge, voltage, charging current, temperature--everything you need to know. You do need a Lithium battery charger--I'm using a NOCO Genius 5, which is a smart charger with a Lithium charging mode (charges to 14.6V), which is compatable with this 12.8V LiTime battery. The battery arrived with a terminal voltage of 3.2V, but when I applied the charger to it, it "woke up" the battery's internal BMS (Battery Management System) and turned on the FETs to the battery terminals, and then it showed 13.3V, with the app showing a SOC of 53%. It charged well--first charge took 5-6 hours at 4.9A, which was longer than expected but Grok AI told me that was because it was balancing the (4) cells that were in the battery. I connected it to a Pure Sinewave inverter last night and watched DVDs on my 43" TV, and everything worked well--could have done that for over 10 hours on this battery. So, I'm very satisfied with this battery, and glad I went with this company.
