Love this dress, but order down!

Love, love, love this dress! Most dresses either fit like a sack, or they are too tight in the wrong places. This one fits my figure perfectly! It shows off my feminine curves while reducing the extra bulges I have. I love the dark yet vibrant green color - my favorite for accenting my red hair. I'm very sensitive to fabrics, but this fabric is very comfortable. I only have 2 small complaints - the zipper is very bright (metal) and not covered at all - it's as if they considered it a feature of the design? But it's on the back, so I didn't really care. The other complaint is the size chart is WAY off. I even re-measured in front of a mirror. The size chart put me at a "Large Plus", 18-20. Even though my measurements were in the middle or the high end of the ranges, I ordered an 18. Way too big. I exchanged for a 16, and it worked well, but I think I could have even worn a 14??? I haven't worn a 14 anything in a few decades! Despite those 2 issues, I still give this dress 5 stars - I love the way I look in it!

This is the best LBD I've had in a long time!

I travel quite a bit and this dress is a dream to pack. (I rarely check a bag so whatever I take has to be able to do double-duty and come out of my carry-on ready to go.). I wear this (in black)for business during the day with a scarf, jacket, or cardigan and at night with strappy heels and a wrap. I've even washed it in the hotel bathroom and hung it to dry and it came out beautifully. I like the sleeves and flattering neckline. The length (I'm 5'6".) is perfect. I'm considering buying a second as a backup.

Ladies Looking Lovely

These dresses were worn as choir dresses. The ladies looked so lovely in the blue accented with silver. There many types of body sizes and shapes, but this dress style complemented them all, and was appropriate for church at the same time. They all appeared to rather happy and comfortable.
