Warranty information
Gatco provides a Lifetime Functional warranty on all our products. If our product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Gatco will replace it. Gatco provides a Lifetime Finish warranty to our Polished Chrome products. All other finishes carry a Limited Finish warranty for 5 years. This Warranty covers the Product as exposed to normal atmospheric conditions in the continental United States (not including Hawaii) and excludes coverage for corrosive or aggressive atmospheric conditions such as, but not limited to, salt spray. Gatco “Accessories” will carry a Limited Warranty. “Accessories” are defined as non-core bath hardware products such as lighting, stools, and freestanding items. If these products fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of original purchase, Gatco will offer a onetime replacement. This Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, hard water, improper storage, improper handling, improper maintenance, or improper installation. Commercial Warranty: The finish and functionality warranty periods are reduced to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Additionally, with respect to commercial purchasers, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded and disclaimed.*CARE & MAINTENANCE A soft, clean cloth is all that is required to clean our products. Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents. This will void the warranty.
