Solo Stove 2 Pot Set: Stainless Steel Companion Pot Set for Solo Stove Campfire. Great for Backpacki

Owning all of the Solo Stove line of product, I was excited to get my hands on this set once the Solo Stove Campfire was made available. Well worth the wait! As will all of the Solo Stove products, the quality is hand down the best I have seen when it comes to camping bio fuel stoves and stainless steel cookware. Not only made from high quality stainless steel, but also great craftsmanship is put into all of their products. We have not had a single piece of equipment fail, nor do we expect it from this product as well. We put the pots to the test on a couple of cooks recently here at home. Has been too cold to go camping here in Ohio, so it's been a backyard deal since we have bought this set. The pot comes to temperature quickly and will boil water in roughly 10 minutes, great for rehydrating dehydrated foods, etc. We reheated vegetable soup in the larger pot and it warmed up VERY quickly. I wanted to try the smaller pot as a skillet. We sprayed it with a non stick cooking spray, and fried up 4 slices of bacon relatively quickly. We threw in a couple of slices of onion in the bacon grease and cooked them until they were a bit translucent. Put it all aside, and cooked a couple of small hamburger patties. Added the bacon and onion, cheese and dinner was served! Only took a couple handfulls of sticks in the stove during the entire cooking process. The pots worked wonderfully! As with any type of cookware over a wood fire, you will have carbon buildup on the bottom. I like to rub the outside bottom and outside sides near the bottom with a bar of soap. Makes cleanup a breeze following cooking. This pot set made for the Solo Stove Campfire is not intended for backpacking, but rather for a group of people due to the size. With that said, I highly recommend picking up this set if you are going to buy the Solo Stove Campfire, or if you just need a large stainless steel cook set for a few people. Enjoy!

The first pot is 3 L. Weighs 24 ounces. The height is 5.3 inches. And the diameter is 7.7 inches. The second pot is 1.5 L. Weighs 18 ounces. Is 2.8 inches in height. And 7.7 inches in diameter. Both pots are made out of 304 stainless steel. The pots also have markings on the side to show you how much liquid you are putting into each pot. This set also comes with two lids. The 3 L pot comes with a carrying handle on it. That you could use to hang over a fire with a tripod. Both pots also have handles on them so you can pick them up when they are setting on a stove. The solo stove 2 pot set is a very well-made stainless steel camping set. Would be well-suited to use for car camping, base camp or in a survival situation when you have a power outage at your home.
