Setup was slow and somewhat painful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had other Lenovo laptops and found they work very well and are superior to other established brands. This one promised to be very fast with Win 11 to operate the latest generation software we need to run. I was a little disappointed in getting the unit set up with some of our standard software. It seemed to poke along and took hours to get things running. We have one user running this computer and they are very satisfied with daily operation. Runs circles around the Dell laptop we are replacing. Waiting on a software vendor to help with an update, so we have not used the other laptop as of yet.
