Accidentally ordered this with groceries. Caught the mistake right away and tried to cancel it but they wouldn't let me and sent it anyway. already ordered one from Amazon for less but both equally suck. After it got delivered, I started a return on the app and had to bring it to the store to finish. at the store, every time they scanned it, the computer supposedly told them it couldn't be returned. directions in the app said just take it to customer service and have them scan the code on my phone. of course it couldn't be that simple and I never got my money back for this crap. My dog looked even more uncomfortable with these on and no matter what I did, I couldn't get either one to stay in place (each brace, not both legs). He took one step and it would slide down BELOW his knee. If you wana try it, call me and ill send you one i couldn't return for half the price!
