Jacket doesn't fit

I purchased the jacket for my wife .unfortunately it runs small .i needed to change it for a size large .iam stuck with the jacket beacause I refuse to send it back due to the fact that I have to pat to return it .i don't think this is fair ....so I guess I have to give it away as a present ......RIDICULOUS

I ordered this coat and received something different. The coat is not at all like how it was described. It looked like an old piece. It was not sewn properly and full of wrinkles. I do not expect this quality from a new coat.
