What's different from 1st edition Pulp Alley? For 2nd Edition, the designers looked at where they could improve and make the game even more enjoyable to play. In addition, they have clarified existing rules and made the rules more consistent. Finally, to make it easier for players, they have included many rules that had previously been spread across multiple books.

This book is intended to replace the Pulp Alley Rulebook and Pulp Leagues. Otherwise, this version of the rules is intended to be compatible with existing cards and campaign books.
