Dosage
Suggested Use: Start with I teaspoon per day, and increase gradually over two weeks to suggested use of I tablespoon per day. Mix into structured water (preferably chilled), fresh vegetable/fruit juices, blended in a smoothie, or sprinkled on/or mixed with foods. Vitamineral Green® is a food. If you experience temporary beneficial cleansing reactions that you find undesirable (such as loose bowels), reduce amount used to | teaspoon or less, and then increase over several days to one serving per day. Refrigeration is not required. Suggested Adjuncts: A whole-food, organic, vegan diet with emphasis on fresh raw foods and other supportive products such as Truly Natural™ Vitamin C, Liver Rescue™", SCRAM™, Friendly Force™", MycoForce™, Earth Broth® (unique superfood complex) and; inspired movement; and everything.

I've been using this supplement for years. Quality is great. What this does to your body is amazing. It will flush out all the bad stuff, restore, and heal. Taste.. it's seaweed. Given that, not so bad. Definetly worth the health benefits! Read the white papers if you can get your hands on them. Great detox program if you can still get your hands on those too. So much great research is being hidden and taken down.

Makes me feel pretty good and helps hydrate me
I got this because it came in a glass bottle. I have had products like this in the past that tasted absolutely vile. Helps with bowel movements, energy and makes my brain work a bit better. This actually doesn't taste half bad in just water. I tend to put it in my coffee cup filled with water and sip on it over a period of time. Only problem is that you have to keep stirring it or it gets all clumpy and weird. I honestly think I would buy it again.

Good stuff
We've used this for many years and usually add it to our smoothies but it's just as easy to take in a glass of water. It's clean and offers a wide variety of nutritious plant foods. we are meat eaters and find this powder to fill in some nutritional “gaps” as we stay away from high oxalate and lectins filled foods.
