Missing items not upgradeble

Received item in a plain box wasnt close down all the way it wa taped. Open it was ipad and charger once i set it up i taught she Would be able to download games but found out that it was a 9.3 software it can't be upgraded so she really couldn't do anything with it so I decided to return it but then come to find out if the description that is supposed to come at tempered glass iPhone case better those things were in the package

Looks like new but runs slow.

I purchased this product just needing to use the internet. Once I get the iPad charged and start to use it in internet browser it goes completely slow and will shut off and and continue to do that throughout the time we use it. I’m guessing because its an older generation iPad. . Not to mention the charger plug is no longer sold in convenient stores around me because it’s so old. It look great but not with it to me. I’ll just dish out money to Apple for an more up to speed version.

Not what I needed

This ipad looks great but I am unable to download apps I needed because it is too old. I should have done my homework about this version before purchasing but I wish there had been a disclaimer in the description. Was supposed to come with charger and and stylus but did not. Also it randomly shuts off.
