My go-to Pregnenolone supplement
My physician highly recommends I supplement Pregnenolone due to Testosterone Replacement Therapy. I find this form to be very convenient, and it also affords me the ability to tailor the dosage to what is recommended (since these dissolvable tablets are firm enough to break into halves and even quarters). As such, I can take 25mg three times daily as was recommended. Ive been using this precise brand and form for roughly one year now, and have been feeling great.
