The tub is absolutely beautiful.
The tub is absolutely beautiful. However, customer service needs improvement. I CD had an issue with a faucet I bought and had to return it. The rep I was dealing with was not available to address the issue and for some unknown reason, another rep was unable to deal with a simple issue. The issue is that one rep was unable to send an email or follow up on an issue of another rep. Very strange and should be able to rectify easily.
