For healthy hair, skin and life in general.

As others say, it takes time. I have been taking 1,000mg of Lysine and 500mg Proline for over 8 years, and at 72, have a full head of hair, run twice a week, and enjoy every activity of daily life. These two, along with a multi, and berberine and NAC, I believe are responsible for my overall good health. Be consistent, and you will see results.
