Our 9 month old grandson loves this!! He started out hitting it and laughing when one would pop-up. He is now figuring out which button he can hit to guarantee it will pop up. Great for learning!! It is very sturdy -- has been hit, dropped, traveled with, and used by his toddler sister, as well! It looks like such a simple toy but they love it! That may be why they have been around for many years! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
