You're gonna love it
This is the most comfortable pillow from a medical supply company that I have ever purchased. For one thing it is soft, rebounds nicely, cover is soft and the zipper works. I have slept on it, both side and back sleeper, as well as used it to support under my knees. I bought a similar item that had 2 elastic straps to attach their pillow to the leg rest on a recliner, it was a disaster, wouldn't "fluff" up when removed from packaging, sending it back and going to check the Carex site for something similar. This is a great buy, you won't be sorry. :)

Wonderful firm pillow affords comfort
The pillow is not too soft or mushy, nor is it hard like a rock. It supports lower back or goes under knees or even under the neck to support the head, gives great support without going flat overnight. The cover zips off and is wash and dry, no shrink, no iron, back in service.Great for home or car travel. I haven't tried to fly with it yet. I like the color, white gets dingy looking so quickly. It's not too short and it's not too deep. Like Goldilocks said "It's Just Right". The price is right too. I like it so much that I bought two.
