It was a good thing I have extra-long arms! The installation started out fairly easily. But then, in order to tighten it enough to the point where it was not going to wiggle, the front of the riser lifted off the bowl. The instructions knew this, and mentioned the need to loosen the nuts to bring the front back down; which of course causes it to be able to be moved side-to-side when it shouldn't wiggle. The advice in the instructions is to re-tighten the riser occasionally as needed. Also, I would have preferred an additional inch of height. Overall, I really think it is made well and easy to clean. I plan to buy another for my second bathroom.

Great fit on elongated toilet, but needed a thick washer between riser and toilet to lay flat. The head of the screws provided are too high for the lid covering the screws to snap closed. I'd like to cover the slots of the riser to prevent crud from going down so I'll cut a hole in some plastic and cut a large circle and seal with bathtub caulk.
