"refurbished" mac book in very "used" condition
Due to the mac book being shipped to us well packaged in bubble wrap etc, the product was not opened until yesterday (Christmas day) by my son. It stated that it was refurbished and sold through Walmart. Once opened, it seems to work fine, however there is a substantial 3-4 inch scratch across the main part of the screen. Also the case of the PC is buckled near the left front hinge and the paint is chipped in the same spot. I was very disappointed by the condition of this "refurbished" product. It was embarrassing to give to my son as a gift as it looked thoroughly used. I would really like to get this resolved.
