Wouldn't work for my application. Wasted my money.

Bought 2 of these for inlet and outlet for a Holley electric fuel pump going from NPT to AN. Supposed to be 3/8 NPT . These were loose all the way in. I was convinced there was no taper , but there is a taper but not for a SAE/NPT. I wound up getting a hydraulic JIC fitting that has a regular SAE NPT taper and a 37 degree on other end that mates up to a AN . Don't buy these if you're trying to seal a SAE NPT female thread.
