I have purchased these socks in the past and again I am so pleased. They are very comfortable, non-binding, and super soft. They hold up quite well after several washings. I recommend line dry, but if you prefer the dryer thats fine. I have not experienced shrinkage. A bit pricey, but for the quality, worth it.

Very comfortable from the beginning, they wash really well and keep their shape, there is no cutting in the ankles. I used them for my mother of 90 as well, and here ankles are really thick, and the toe area must be loose, great for wide feet, and these socks scored 100% across the board They are a little pricey, but you truly get your monies worth. And so you know, I tried several different pairs from different brands and these socks rated 100% satisfied. They come in two sizes, so make sure you select the best one for you, they also come in great colors.
