Just the Ticket
The low-dose melatonin capsules are just the ticket when trying to come up with a dosage tailored to your individual needs. When I started taking melatonin some years ago, my dosage was too high. I ended up becoming irritable and headachey. These low-dose pills allowed me to see what worked best

Great!!
My son has to take melatonin for sleep, which can be pricy. Thankfully, Swanson offers this great product at a FRACTION of what others charge. We were paying 3-5x this price for the brand we bought before. This one seems to help him ease in to sleep better as well. For my child, that is important.
