Totally inappropriate for a child

I bought this for a six year old. It is see though. No leggings that match the small top under the mesh webbing top. You can see right through it (underwear and all). It should have come with a subtle flesh colored or matching slacks or leggings. My daughter will not even allow my granddaughter to wear it around the house unless she has leggings on.
