If u can get an old farmer to :-) you got a winner

My husband is hyperglycemic and it is continual up and down can be hard on an old man and hard on his wife. We needed something for his mid morning break that wasn't a honey bun. When I informed him of the change in his lunch box line up. He liked fignutens so was willing to try. He reminded me he like honey buns so I told him "no you don't like them anymore" he said it was news to him. I looked for something that had fiber, stays in your tummy longer and fills you up to make you feel satisfied, keeps the blood sugar on an even keel and is yummy. He tried the apricot one first. He smiled and said "you're right I don't want a honey bun in my lunch now" We call that a winner winner chicken dinner around here. The mix gives him a variety. You can order a bundle where you get two of each if the set of full boxes scares you a bit. They are too too good not to try
