Need More Information to Install Properly

I like the way it looks.... currently have an installation issue that hot water is coming out when indicator is on cold. Installer so far not successful figuring out how to fix and waiting to hear back from manufacturer. Also, box shows shower head on left side.... most people prefer right side, so need to let installer know which side you want bar/handheld shower. Have not been able to use yet. Also, sale says Kichae, but installation manual says Lordear - did I even get the right product? I am not sure!
