Good quality but hard to peal

Used this for a corporate team building event. The quality was great. Used sharpies of all colors and it worked well. But we were trying to peal them fast and post them on a board. No cut lines and some we just couldn't get to peal at all, especially in the short time that we had. They really need to add a cut line to the back for pealing and then this would be a five star item.
