I have arthritis throughout %26 I use Biofreeze on my left knee and it helps eliminate the pain. I do wash my knee with soap %26 water and then dry before reapplying during the day. . Washing away the prior gel layer allows the next application to be applied directly to the skin. This step makes a difference.

Biofeeze is an excellent product. It comes in gel, cream, and spray. It does have a menthol scent, but that quickly goes away. This project relieves muscle aches. And it's cool when you first put it on. I have used all 3 types however the spray has a syronger scent, I just had shoulder surgery and my muscles are sore in my shoulder so I have been using it constantly, and I've used it in the past on my neck and my back. There are just not enough great things I can say about this product.
