I ordered this robe because it was advertised as terry cloth, but the material I received was not terry cloth at all. The product did not match the description, which was very disappointing. I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue and request a refund, but communication has been very poor with little to no response. A seller should stand behind their product descriptions and respond promptly when customers report a problem. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend this product or the store based on what I received and the lack of support afterward.
