Dropped the ball on order!

Is a good product. But, it did not ship until I gave up and canceled the order. Within hours of cancellation miraculously it shipped. Was slow coming so returned unopened box when it arrived. Purchased same item from a different vendor for lower price and was delivered very quickly. Have bought several items from Wal-Mart and was satisfied. However they dropped the ball on this order. Would recommend this item, just not from Wal-Mart.
