Diverter Has Never Worked

I agree with the last reviewer. The taps themselves are attractive but the diverter has never worked properly. We also purchased this in 2019 for a vacation rental and I'm so tired of having to explain to guests that the diverter does not actually work that I have decided to have a plumber remove it and cap it.
